1. Covenant Overview & Eligibility
This digital agreement is a legally binding contract entered into between you (“Customer” or “User”) and Girdhar Organic Heritage Pvt. Ltd. (“Company,” “we,” or “Girdhar Organic”), having its agricultural Gaushala at 607/24, Mission Road, Sonipat, Haryana 131001, India.
By accessing our website, placing an order for Vedic harvests, or registering a customer account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and legally competent to enter into a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. If you do not agree with any provision of this Agreement, please refrain from using this website.
2. Authentic Harvest & Natural Seasonal Variations
Girdhar Organic produces unadulterated, cultured A2 Gir Cow Ghee prepared strictly via the traditional 5-step Vedic Bilona method: fresh A2 raw milk boiled over clay stoves, cultured into whole curd overnight, churned bi-directionally with wooden churners (bilona), and slow-clarified over cow dung cake embers.
Notice on Natural Grain & Color Variance
Because our indigenous Gir cows graze freely on seasonal grasses, medicinal herbs, and seasonal forage, our ghee is 100% natural and free of chemical stabilizers, artificial coloring, or preservatives. Consequently, slight variations in golden hue, aroma intensity, and grain consistency (danedar texture) across different seasonal batches are authentic hallmarks of genuine Vedic ghee, not manufacturing defects.
3. Customer Authentication & Account Security
Customers access our services through seamless, passwordless One-Time Password (OTP) verification sent to their verified Indian mobile number.
- • You are solely responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your device and OTP codes.
- • Any activity or harvest acquired through your verified mobile number is legally deemed authorized by you.
- • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that attempt fraudulent transactions, automated scraping, or abuse of the Golden Drops loyalty system.
4. Pricing, GST Invoicing & Payments
All prices displayed on girdharorganic.com are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of statutory Goods and Services Tax (GST) as applicable under Indian tax laws.
In accordance with tax statutes, a digital GST tax invoice bearing our FSSAI license number (20824020000837) and GSTIN will be provided upon dispatch. While we strive for absolute accuracy, in the rare event of a pricing or typographic error, Girdhar Organic reserves the right to cancel the affected order and issue a 100% refund immediately.
Online payments are processed securely via RBI-authorized payment partners (Razorpay / Cashfree) supporting UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM), Net Banking, RuPay/Visa/MasterCard Debit and Credit cards.
5. Packaging, Dispatch & Courier Transit
To safeguard the prana (vital life energy) and purity of our ghee, every harvest is packed in premium, food-grade glass jars protected by heavy-duty shock-absorbing eco-cushioning and tamper-evident security holographic seals.
6. Cancellations, Transit Breakage & Return Policy
You may cancel your order at zero penalty before the jar is dispatched from our Sonipat Gaushala by contacting our Concierge via WhatsApp or email. Once handed over to the courier partner, cancellation is no longer possible.
We guarantee that your jar arrives intact. In the improbable event that a glass jar arrives shattered, leaked, or with a breached tamper-evident seal during transit:
- Photograph or take a short unboxing video of the damaged parcel and outer shipping label.

care@girdharorganic.comwithin 24 hours of delivery. - Our team will immediately dispatch a 100% free fresh replacement jar via expedited priority air courier at zero additional cost, or issue a complete refund back to your original payment method.
7. Golden Drops Loyalty Program Rules
Customers earn Golden Drops as loyalty rewards (1 Golden Drop = ₹1.00 INR discount):
- • Earning Drops: Customers receive 200 Welcome Drops upon first profile creation and 5% net cashback drops on every successfully delivered order.
- • Redemption Limits: To preserve fair rewards usage, drops can discount up to 20% of an order subtotal (maximum 500 drops per order).
- • Validity & Expiry: Welcome Drops are valid for 15 days. Harvest cashback drops are valid for 90 days from the date of credit. Expired drops are cleared automatically.
- • Non-Monetary Nature: Golden Drops are promotional reward points, possess no cash surrender value, and cannot be transferred, sold, or redeemed for fiat currency.
8. Intellectual Property & Brand Sanctity
All website layouts, logos, Vedic ritual photography, lab assay certifications, typography, and copywriting are the exclusive intellectual property of Girdhar Organic Heritage Pvt. Ltd. protected by Indian copyright and trademark statutes. Unauthorized reproduction, scraping, or commercial emulation is strictly prohibited.
9. Ayurvedic Health & Lifestyle Disclaimer
Statements regarding the benefits of A2 Gir Cow Bilona Ghee (such as aiding digestion, pacifying Vata-Pitta doshas, and supporting Ojas) originate from classical Ayurvedic Samhitas (Charaka Samhita, Sushruta Samhita) and traditional knowledge. Our ghee is sold as a natural food harvest, not as a pharmaceutical drug or medical cure. Please consult your physician or certified Ayurvedic Vaidya for specific dietary interventions.
10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. In the event of any irreconcilable dispute, the courts situated in Sonipat, Haryana shall possess exclusive territorial jurisdiction.
