2. Sacred Sanctum Care & Storage Ritual
Pure cultured bilona ghee contains zero moisture and is naturally self-preserving. According to ancient Ayurvedic texts, pure cow ghee never spoils if cared for properly:
Do NOT refrigerate. Cold refrigeration hardens the ghee and diminishes its granular (danedar) mouthfeel. Keep in a dry, cool cabinet away from direct harsh sunlight.
Moisture is the only element that can deteriorate pure ghee. Always use a dry wooden, brass, or stainless steel spoon. Never introduce wet fingers or wet utensils into the jar.
Always twist the gold metal lid tight after each use to preserve the sacred herbal aroma and prevent external kitchen aromas from penetrating the ghee.
In summer months, pure ghee naturally turns golden liquid; in winter, it solidifies into rich granules. This change of physical state is 100% natural and does not alter nutrition or quality.
What if my glass jar arrives damaged?
While our break-resistant armor boxes withstand heavy handling, accidents can occasionally happen. We will immediately dispatch a fresh jar via express air at zero cost.
