Account & Data Deletion Request
You have the right to request the complete deletion of your customer account and associated personal information from Girdhar Organics.
Method 1: Instant In-App Deletion
Fastest method — takes less than 30 seconds
- Open the Girdhar Organic mobile app on your Android or iOS device.
- Log in to your account using your registered mobile number and OTP.
- Tap on the Account / Profile tab in the navigation bar.
- Scroll down to the bottom of the page and tap "Delete My Account".
- Confirm the prompt. Your active sessions, profile, and notification tokens will be purged immediately.
Method 2: Web & Concierge Email Request
If you have uninstalled the app or cannot log in
You can email our Data Protection & Support desk to manually purge your account and records:

Manual requests are processed and verified within 24 to 48 business hours.
What Data is Deleted vs. Retained?
Permanently Purged
- Personal name and contact email
- Saved delivery addresses and GPS landmarks
- FCM Push notification device tokens
- Active login sessions and auth tokens
- Loyalty points and cart items
Statutory Retention (Indian Law)
- Past GST invoices & transaction records (retained for 7 years under Central Goods & Services Tax Act, 2017)
- Delivery proof of fulfilled historical shipments
- Records required for tax audits and financial compliance
